01 — Instrument

The LightScape GT-1 is a gradient table that pairs a continuous warm-to-cold thermal field with a fully programmable RGB light canopy — a single instrument for two of biology's most decisive variables.

02

Thermal gradient

A stable continuum from −3 °C up to 40 °C across the table top, formed in about an hour and tunable to 0.1 °C resolution.

03

Programmable light

RGB strips and high-power LEDs grouped into individual or patched zones. Define scenes, transitions and loops down to the second.

04

Experiment workflow

Scenes, delays and nested loops chain into reproducible programs saved to disk and sent to the instrument's MCU.

Thermal gradient surface

"Two axes, one table. Temperature gradients on the bench and chromatic light overhead — every coordinate is its own experiment."
